Shinpan workshop

Ahead of the Inter-Club Kendo Tournament, Singapore Kendo Club will be hosting a Shinpan Workshop at Jurong West Sport Centre.

We are pleased to invite David Sensei to assist in conducting the workshop and sharing his experience with our members.

We welcome all members who are interested in learning more about Shinpan, as well as those who would like to volunteer as Shiai-sha for the tournament.

 Date: 6 September 2026
 Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
 Venue: Jurong West Sport Centre, Level 4 Activity Room

Shinpan Participants
Members of 1st Dan and above are welcome to participate in the Shinpan Workshop.

Shiai-sha Volunteers
Members of all grades are welcome to volunteer as Shiai-sha, provided they are able to attend.

• Writing materials for taking notes

• Bogu

• Shinai
