Any application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. All applicants are required to submit the application form with a copy of the most recent grading certificate and payment to Mr Ng Say Yong. For affiliated clubs, please contact your club president and submit your forms and payment to your club representative. Any incomplete forms, forms submitted without grading certificates and forms submitted without payment will not be accepted.
