Registration Deadline
1 Dec 2019
Any application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. All applicants are required to submit the application form(either via online form or hardcopy form) with a copy of the most recent grading certificate and payment to Mr Ng Say Yong. For affiliated Club members, please contact your club president and submit your forms and payment to your club representative. Any incomplete forms, forms submitted without grading certificate and forms submitted without payment will not be accepted.
